The Mill Bay Fire Department is made up of regular people who live within the community, most of whom also hold primary employment elsewhere. The department employs 3 full-time and 1 part time firefighters, along with a compliment of paid-on-call members. These dedicated men and women work hard to keep our community safe and spend countless hours training, learning, and practicing to keep their skills sharp.
